1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, stop using the Site — that is the whole enforcement mechanism, and we are fine with it. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Informational purpose only
Everything on this Site — articles, guides, tables, FAQ answers, comparisons — is published for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional advice. We do not know your financial situation, your risk tolerance, or your jurisdiction's rules, and we do not pretend to.
You should not make any financial decision — including opening a trading account, buying cryptocurrency, or moving funds — based solely on content from this Site. Consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction before acting.
3. Independence and trademarks
This Site is an independent, unofficial editorial project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to Cosmic Champions or Smarteq Technology FZE LLC, the developer and legal entity behind the CryptoCosmic Trading Simulator. The official website of the app is cryptocosmicapp.com; this Site is not it and does not claim to be.
The "CryptoCosmic" name, brand, and any related logos or marks belong to their respective owner. We use the name nominatively — that is, purely to identify the app we are writing about, the same way a film review names the film. No trademark ownership or endorsement is implied. All other trademarks mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
4. Accuracy of information
We take accuracy seriously: figures such as download counts, ratings, update dates, and feature lists are taken from official sources — the official Google Play listing and cryptocosmicapp.com — as of the "last updated" date shown on each page. Apps get updated, store listings change, rules change. Information that was accurate on the stated date may no longer be accurate when you read it.
We correct errors when we learn of them. If you believe something on the Site is wrong, email contact@cryptocosmic.app with the page and the problem, and we will review it. Until corrected, all content is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
5. Affiliate disclosure
The Site is funded by affiliate partnerships. Specifically: some links on the Site are affiliate links to a third-party regulated trading platform. These links are clearly marked and carry a nofollow attribute. If you click one and subsequently open an account or trade, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Two commitments on the record:
- Affiliate relationships never affect our factual claims about the CryptoCosmic app or anything else. Facts are facts regardless of who pays us.
- We receive no payment of any kind from the developer of CryptoCosmic. Our coverage of the app is independent in both directions.
6. Risk disclaimer
Cryptocurrency trading is high-risk. Prices are extremely volatile, and you can lose your entire invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Leverage multiplies losses as well as gains. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose in full.
Note the distinction that this entire Site exists to explain: the CryptoCosmic Trading Simulator itself is, per its official terms, fully virtual — it involves no real money and no real cryptocurrency. The risk disclaimer above applies to real trading on real platforms, including any platform reachable through our affiliate links. Success in a simulator does not predict success with real funds; real markets add slippage, fees, latency, and — above all — real emotional pressure that no game reproduces.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- scrape, republish, or redistribute Site content at scale without written permission (quoting short excerpts with a link back is fine and welcome);
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
- use the Site or its content to promote scams, including any scheme claiming that CryptoCosmic pays out real money — it does not;
- misrepresent the Site as official CryptoCosmic property or yourself as acting on our behalf.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. This includes, without limitation, financial losses from trading decisions, losses caused by reliance on information that later proved inaccurate or outdated, and losses arising from third-party websites or services linked from the Site.
You use the Site at your own risk. Where applicable law does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by that law.
9. External links
The Site links to external resources, including the official app website, the official Google Play listing, and a third-party regulated trading platform. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. When you leave the Site, the destination's own terms and policies apply — read them, especially before handing over money or personal data.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page with a new effective date. We do not send individual notifications. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page; checking it occasionally is your responsibility. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
