How to reach us
Email us at contact@cryptocosmic.app. That is the only official channel for this site. We do not run support chats, Telegram groups, or Discord servers, and we never initiate contact — more on that below.
What to write us about
- Corrections. Found a factual error, a stale number, or a broken link on any page? Tell us which page and what is wrong. Correction emails get priority — we would rather be embarrassed for a day than wrong for a month.
- Feedback. Something unclear, something missing, a topic you want covered — for example around trading in the simulator or wallet basics. Short and specific beats long and vague.
- Partnership and press. Advertising or collaboration proposals are welcome, with one caveat: paid placements never buy factual claims, and everything commercial gets marked as such. If that is a dealbreaker for you, it will save us both an email.
What we cannot help with — read this first
This is the honest part, and it matters. We are not CryptoCosmic support. This site is an independent guide with no connection to Cosmic Champions or Smarteq Technology FZE LLC, the developer of the CryptoCosmic Trading Simulator. Concretely, that means:
- We cannot restore your game progress. Lost balance, vanished achievements, reset leaderboard rank — we have no tools to fix any of it.
- We have no access to the app. No admin panel, no player database, no way to look up your account. Emails asking us to "check your account" go unanswered because there is literally nothing we can check.
- We cannot fix bugs, crashes, or installation problems. For anything inside the app, contact the developer through the official Google Play listing — open it, scroll to the developer contact section, and use the channel listed there.
Quick reminder while you are here: per the official terms, CryptoCosmic is fully virtual — no real money, no deposits, no withdrawals. If someone told you to email anyone about a "CryptoCosmic payout", you are being scammed. Our withdrawal page explains why.
Response time
We are a small team, not a call center. Expect a reply to corrections within 2–3 business days, and to everything else within a week. If your email falls under "what we cannot help with" above, it may not get a reply at all — please do not take it personally.
A standing security warning
We will never DM you first. We will never message you on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or anywhere else. We will never ask you for money, a "verification fee", your passwords, or your
seed phrase— and neither will anyone legitimate. If someone claiming to be from this site or from CryptoCosmic contacts you first, it is a scam. Delete, block, move on.
